We covered a recent theft of fuel up in Maine...used for home heating. Fortunately, no one was hurt. And even more fortunate was the fact that the fuel was Jet-A, not 100LL. Had the thief used that for heating we probably would've found out by reading the obituaries. We provided spreadsheet shells free of charge to those wanting to build response checklists dealing with increasing (and decreasing) Homeland Security Advisory System (HSAS) threat levels. What will you do at your airport when the threat level changes from Yellow to Orange...or worse yet, Orange to Red? The checklist development shell is still available. Just let us know that you'd like one. We'll send it right out to you! We also covered the dreaded SHELTER-IN-PLACE situation. Again, we have a checklist shell and some concepts that we shared so that you can "build your own." We provided the skeleton; you flesh it out and make it a living document.
